Easily one of the best experiences of my life. I was visiting my best friend and this is some thing I will never forget. Absolutely worth it, do the longest day trip possible if you can. We were lucky enough to see wild horses, a longhorn cow and a bald eagle. Can’t wait to come back, their customer service is awesome and it’s so convenient. Best trip ever.

This was a great experience, got to see several groups of wild horses eating along the river. It’s peaceful, refreshing and chill ride with beautiful views. Temperature was 115 degrees that day but I stayed refreshed by splashing water on myself 😅

What a discovery. I was there for work and was recommended to go tubing if I had some leisure time, well I did. Water was cool, relaxing and it counteracted the hot 110 degree sun. We did the 5hour tube ride. Lots to look at including the wild horses and mountains. Seems to be the spot to go on the weekends because it was packed. There was also a nice spot to stop to do some cliff diving. I will definitely visit again if I’m the area. Even as busy as it was we were able to get a shuttle almost immediately. They have a snack bar in case you forgot something to bring tubing. It’s hot so bring plenty to drink

My friends and I did I believe the 2.5 hour float. This was my second time tubing on the salt river and I must say, this was so much fun! The water was cold and felt refreshing from the harsh sun. Make sure to bring lots of water and reapply sunscreen multiple times, especially your feet. Must do thing if you live in Phoenix or even visiting. The site is very informative and make sure to watch the guide video too. Be safe out there!

This was so much fun! Staff is friendly & helpful. I went by myself. I took a small cooler, beach towel & a paddle. Rented a tube & bucket float. The paddle helped me stay in the middle of the river. Towel was to protect bare skin from black tube, but I didn't need it. Cooler fit great in the bucket. Saw some of the mustangs. I planned for 3 hrs, but it only took 2.

This rental place was amazing! The tubes are easy to carry to the bus and the ride to the water is quick and easy. They provide tubs for your cooler that has a bucket inside of it to protect your items. The float was sooo easy and gorgeous.

I haven't been tubing in about 2 decades, and they've made some pretty good changes. It's still free parking, and if you need to rent a tube, they will move the tubes for you at the actual entrance of the river. This was a cool change, so you're not lugging your tube on and off the bus. We also went during their mardi gras day, and they handed out some colored bandanas. Nice touch! Overall, everyone was really nice, and I'm glad they kept the river clean as well as had security and police on patrol, which was nice to see. Their bus system was definitely improved as it wasn't crowded at all being shuttled to and from the river points.

Significantly better process this year! You get your tubes at the river, so you no longer have to lug them onto the bus with you. There are also new buses. The wait time each trip was less than 10 minutes! Last year we waited over an hour to get back. Prices have gone up, now at $25 each, but I think it's well worth it given the improvements.
